we were given a room upgrade upon arrival it was a comfort double room. the location proved convenient with easy access to shops the city center and the beach. the hotel is located just one street away from a commercial avenue a short walk from the train station.
the room was a little dim the walls seemed a bit thin sounds from neighboring rooms were audible sometimes.

i found the staff very friendly and helpful. the receptionist gave me infos and even called to check if everything in the room was okay and i was happy with it. the location is very central to the main area, trains and trams.
the shower door was not closing properly though water flooded the floor.

The hotel's location was AMAZING!!! It was so close to the train station. The room was very comfortable and had thoughtful details, like a Nespresso machine and comfy slippers. The staff were considerate.
The air conditioning unit was permanently set to 22°C and I couldn't adjust the temperature.
