the location was close to the train station. it was easy to get around. the staff was helpful with directions, i appreciated that. the room had two types of coffee.
The shower holder did not work. i found this inconvenient when trying to shower. I did not feel completely safe.

we were given a room upgrade upon arrival it was a comfort double room. the location proved convenient with easy access to shops the city center and the beach. the hotel is located just one street away from a commercial avenue a short walk from the train station.
the room was a little dim the walls seemed a bit thin sounds from neighboring rooms were audible sometimes.

i found the hotel to be conveniently located near the train station, made traveling easy. the room had effective air conditioning, a welcome relief. the staff at the reception desk was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. they answered all my questions.
the elevators were slow at times, causing some delays when trying to get to my room, especially during peak hours.

i found the location very convenient, close to transport links. The staff provided excellent service and were always ready to assist. My room included ample space and comfortable furniture. i was grateful for the cleanliness maintained throughout the hotel.
i noticed a slight delay once when waiting for the elevator, it was barely an inconvenience.

helpful staff central location
i found the staff very friendly and helpful. the receptionist gave me infos and even called to check if everything in the room was okay and i was happy with it. the location is very central to the main area, trains and trams.
the shower door was not closing properly though water flooded the floor.

The hotel's location was AMAZING!!! It was so close to the train station. The room was very comfortable and had thoughtful details, like a Nespresso machine and comfy slippers. The staff were considerate.
The air conditioning unit was permanently set to 22°C and I couldn't adjust the temperature.
